VFD PANEL
VFD Control Panels are designed to control the speed of the electric motor and feed pump. They are widely used in drilling, pumping and other large machine applications like Conveyor and Compressor. VFD Panels are mostly used for energy cost reduction for a host of application but are also extensively used in plant automation even if they do not contribute to any reduction in energy consumption for those applications.
STAR-DELTA PANEL
A star-delta starter control panel is an electrical control panel that is used to start and control three-phase motors using a star delta starter. The control panel includes various components, including contactors, relays, timers, and other devices, needed to control the motor starting and stopping process. It is designed to ensure a smooth and safe transition from star to delta mode, which is necessary to avoid over current during motor starting.
DOL STARTER PANEL
Direct on line (DOL) motor starting is when a motor is started at full load, with full line voltage applied to motor terminals. As this causes the motor to draw a large amount of current, it is only suitable for motor powers up to 4KW, with a maximum motor size of 10KW connected this way.
CRANE CONTROL PANEL
The crane control panel is the core component of a crane. It includes the hoisting control panel, long travel control panel or the whole crane control panel. And these control panel can issue instructions for various actions of the crane. After receiving the instructions, the electric control panel sends action signals to various mechanisms to guide the crane’s work.
